Three 10 minute fitness exercises a girl can do every morning

Girls should continue to strive to be in good condition. Obesity is a terribly problem that is getting worse every year. With all the fast foods available and people being short on time to prepare healthy meals, it is easy to understand that people are being tempted at every turn to indulge in unhealthy eating. Women who are new mothers find it very difficult to lose weight and return to their normal condition. So it is important for girls to create habits of exercising early in their teens. There are a few exercises that a girl can easily do in the early morning to keep themselves healthy, alert, and fit. The following are some of these exercises:

Push-ups

Push-ups are one of the best exercises to keep fit. Girls should do it every morning for at least 10 minutes. It strengthens your muscles and can help in reducing unwanted weight to the right proportion.

Elbow Plank

The elbow plank is a wonderful exercise to strengthen the glutes, shoulders, and the core muscles. It is just like the push-ups but keep the forearm and the elbows on the floor. While performing this exercise, you should keep the body straight from forehead to toe.

Deep Squat

Deep squat is an exercise that will improve the flexibility of the hips and stretch the lower portion of the body. Make sure that your heels remain on the floor. You have to hold this position for more than 30 seconds and then rise to a standing position.
